Group by cause · draft in your words · you press send

You have answered this question forty times.
Nobody went back and fixed the listing.

Support automation usually means putting a bot in front of the customer, and there is a mature industry doing exactly that. This is the other half of the desk. The replies still go out under your name, but the drafts are ready when you sit down, the tickets are already grouped by what caused them rather than by the tag someone picked, and the question asked forty times becomes one edit to the packaging insert instead of forty more replies next month.

A week of tickets

What to do to the pile before you start replying

01

Group by cause, then count

Tags tell you what someone filed the ticket under. Clustering tells you what went wrong. Where is my order, it arrived damaged, it is the wrong size, and I cannot work out how to assemble it are four different upstream problems with four different owners, and the counts tell you which one is worth an afternoon of fixing rather than another afternoon of answering.

02

Draft in your wording, not a template's

Feed it your existing macros and a handful of replies you were happy with, and the drafts come back sounding like your shop. Each one arrives with the ticket beside it, so reviewing forty is a scroll rather than forty context switches, and nothing goes out until you send it.

03

Send the repeat offenders upstream

A question asked forty times is a gap in the listing, the packaging insert or the photos. Those groups become to-do items handed to the listing and creative skills, which is the same routing the review analysis uses, because a support ticket and a one-star review are usually the same person at different stages of annoyance.

A deliberate limit

Why it stops short of answering for you

If you want a customer-facing bot, buy one of the products built for that. This is aimed at a different problem and pretending otherwise would waste your afternoon.

Nothing is sent automatically

A wrong auto-reply on a refund question is worse than a slow one, and a wrong auto-reply under a negative review is public and permanent. Drafts wait for you. That is a design decision rather than a missing feature, and it is why the connectors here lean towards reading.

Personal data comes out first

Ticket and review exports carrying names, order numbers or addresses have those stripped before analysis begins, and individual customers are never held up as examples in the output. The groups describe problems, not people.

It will not claim a reply fixed anything

No claim is made that better replies raise your rating, cut returns or retain a customer. What you can see is how many tickets a group held, what you changed after it, and whether the count came down next month. That is a weaker statement and a more useful one.

FAQ

Before you point it at your inbox

How is this different from Gorgias, Fin or Tidio?

Those are helpdesks and customer-facing agents and they are good at it. This does not replace one; there is a Gorgias connector precisely because you are expected to keep using yours. The difference is where the work sits: they answer the customer, this reads the pile afterwards and turns it into changes to the product and the page.

Can it work from a plain CSV?

Yes, and that is the usual starting point. Excel, CSV, JSON and DOCX are all readable, so a ticket export, a returns reasons list or a spreadsheet a colleague keeps by hand all work with no integration at all.

Can it reply in the customer's language?

Yes, and for cross-border selling you should ask it to check the target country's conventions rather than translating your English macro across. Units, address formats, statutory return periods and what you are allowed to claim all differ, and a literal translation of a compliant English reply is not automatically a compliant German one.

Where do the recurring problems actually end up?

In the project's to-do list, assigned to whichever skill can act on them, so the listing rewrite and the new image brief are produced in the same client rather than noted down for a later that never comes. Whether you ship the change is your call; the point is that the list lives where the work happens.
