ECommerceAnalyzer Ecommerce performance analysis

See why store profit moved, with numbers you can recompute.

ECommerceAnalyzer reconciles the sales, refund, fee, ad and inventory exports you supply, then explains contribution profit, channel results and stock risk with clear priorities.

What it can finish

Three store questions answered with reconciled numbers.

Explain a profit change, compare channels on one definition, or find inventory risk.

Store exports → a profit explanation

Reconcile orders, refunds, fees and ad spend, then show which measured effects moved contribution profit.

Several channels → one comparable view

Map each platform's own fields, sum numerators and denominators, and compare channels on the same definitions.

Inventory snapshot → stock risks

Use sellable stock and an explicit demand rate to flag low cover and slow-moving SKUs.

How it works

From raw exports to decisions you can check.

01

Frame the decision

Name the question, period, channels and currency, and attach the exports you have.

02

Normalize and reconcile

Source fields, row grain, dates and joins are mapped and checked before anything is calculated.

03

Explain and verify

Like periods are compared and material drivers are traced to source records; causal guesses are labeled as hypotheses.

04

Deliver priorities

Receive the analysis, the reconciliation, prioritized actions and the data gaps still open.

FAQ

Questions before you start.

Which data does it need?

Supply the sales, refund, fee, ad and inventory exports you have, plus the period, channels and currency. A missing cost category limits the profit view but does not block the sales analysis.

Does it connect to my store or change anything there?

No. It works from the files you supply and does not install a platform API or change your store. Operational changes go to the capability that owns them.

What will I receive?

You receive the requested metrics with formulas and sources, a reconciliation, the main drivers, prioritized actions and the smallest missing inputs.
