ECommerceOperator Store operations

Prepare store changes you can review before anything goes live.

ECommerceOperator turns your store records into item-by-item change plans for listings, prices, promotions, stock and order exceptions. It applies only the changes you approve, through a connected tool that supports them, and reports what actually changed.

What it can finish

Three store jobs, prepared for your sign-off.

Plan a promotion, update stock by location, or sort out order exceptions.

A promotion brief → a price change plan

Check base and sale prices, coupon conditions, your margin floor and start and end times, item by item.

A stock export → updates by location

Keep sellable, reserved and incoming stock apart by warehouse, and choose between setting a value and adjusting it.

Order exceptions → separate decisions

Tie each issue to its order line and status, and keep refunds, reshipments and customer messages as separate actions.

How it works

From your request to verified store changes.

01

Describe the change

Name the store, market, products or orders, the change you want and when it should take effect.

02

Review the plan

Check each item's current and proposed value, its timing and anything held back.

03

Approve what to apply

Supported changes run through your connected tool after the approval prompts Orkas already shows. Unsupported ones stay as a prepared plan.

04

Check the results

See which items were prepared, applied, verified, failed or unknown, and what is still open.

Start your first task with ECommerceOperator.

Install Orkas, choose a model, then add your store records and the change you want.

Download Orkas
1

Install

Download the build for your computer and complete the normal system prompts.

2

Choose a model

Use an available official model or connect a supported provider.

3

Add records and a connection

Upload product, price, stock or order exports. To apply changes, connect a tool for your store in Connectors; the plan works without one.

FAQ

Questions before you start.

Will it change my store on its own?

No. It prepares a change plan first. Changes are applied only through a connected tool that supports them, after your approval; without one, you get the plan and a note on what is missing.

What should I provide?

The store and market, the products or orders involved, the change and its timing, plus current exports such as product, price, stock or order files.

What if some changes fail?

Successful items keep their results. Each item is reported as prepared, applied, verified, failed or unknown, and an unclear refund or stock change is checked before any retry instead of being sent again.

Hand your next store change to ECommerceOperator.

Add the records and the change, review the plan, and approve only what you want applied.
