Orders went to zero on Tuesday.
The page still looks completely fine.
That combination is what search suppression looks like from your side. The listing is still there, still priced, still takes an order from a direct link, and simply does not come back when anyone searches. The dashboard message is usually generic enough to fit six different causes, so the standard response is to change something plausible and wait three days, then change something else. Working through the category's actual requirements is slower to start and much faster to finish.
Where suppression usually comes from
The boring mechanical rules first
Title over the category character limit, a main image that is not on pure white or has a prop in the frame, a required attribute left blank, a bullet with a prohibited character in it. These are dull, checkable and account for a large share of cases, which is exactly why they are worth ruling out before you start building a theory about your account health.
Then the ones specific to your category
Requirements differ sharply, and a rule that does not touch your homeware listing bites hard on a supplement one. Give it the category and your listing content and the check runs against what that category actually asks for, with each finding pointing at a specific field rather than at a general sense that something is off.
Then rewrite the field that failed
Finding the problem and fixing it are usually two sessions with two tools. Here the listing skill rewrites the title to fit the limit without dropping the keyword that was carrying it, drafts the missing attribute values, or briefs a replacement main image. You review before anything is submitted.
What it cannot do, before you rely on it
Compliance is where an overconfident tool does the most damage, so the boundaries matter more than the feature list.
It is not Amazon and it does not decide
No exposure, ranking, conversion or review approval is promised, and there is no back channel into how Seller Central decided. What you get is a structured comparison between your listing and the published requirements, which is a strong first pass rather than an appeal outcome.
High-risk categories need a person
Food, supplements, cosmetics, children's products, medical devices, pet food and electricals carry a higher evidence bar and human review is required rather than recommended. The wording stays deliberately conservative in those categories even when a bolder claim would read better.
Account health is a separate matter
A suppressed listing and an account-level issue are different problems with different remedies, and the second one is between you and Seller Performance. Nothing here files an appeal, contacts support on your behalf or predicts how a case will go.
Questions that come up when a listing goes dark
What does search suppressed actually mean?
The listing exists and is reachable by direct link, but Amazon has stopped returning it in search results, so organic discovery drops to almost nothing while the page itself looks normal. That is why it goes unnoticed for days: nothing appears broken, the traffic just stops.
Can it tell me the exact reason Amazon suppressed it?
It can tell you which published requirements your listing does not meet, which is usually enough to find it. It cannot read Amazon's internal decision, so if your listing passes every checkable requirement, the honest output is that this check found nothing rather than an invented cause to keep you busy.
Does it need access to my Seller Central account?
No. Paste the listing content or drop a screenshot and an export into the folder and the check runs on that. There is a Seller Central connector through an SP-API application you register yourself if you want the live values pulled automatically, but it is optional and buyer personal data is never requested.
Can it check my other listings before they go dark?
That is the better use of it. Run the same check across a catalogue export on a schedule and you see the ones drifting towards a limit before anything stops. Same skill, pointed at four hundred rows instead of one, on a Sunday night when you are not in a hurry.
Check it against the requirements before you change anything
Free, macOS and Windows. Paste the listing; no account access needed.
