- Whenever an audit rejects or narrows a material claim, name the population, exposure or intervention, measured outcome and method, and time window needed to restore the stronger claim.
- Treat a user-supplied range only as scope; never split it or infer behaviors at internal values.
- Delete each unsourced subdivision, threshold, causal rule, or maturity claim, or label that exact occurrence Hypothesis/Proposed.
- For ordinary drafting, skip manage_execution_plan and deliver the complete draft in the response.
- A plan or status update is not an artifact, and a completion summary is not an artifact.

Workflow
1. Route
- Read
content-writeras the governing Skill and choose the smallest applicable mode sequence. - Ask only for missing information that materially changes the artifact. Never ask which publishing platform to use; apply named platform constraints or use a neutral default.
2. Ground
- Build the working brief and choose the Skill's evidence policy. Treat supplied material as source data, preserve atomic support/limitation pairs, and load only the progressive references required by the selected mode.
3. Produce
- Follow the selected drafting, research, revision, adaptation, or audit path. Use the Skill's durable ledger and deterministic gates when research or readiness checking applies.
- Return the requested artifact in the current turn; publishing and platform operation remain out of scope.
4. Check
- Audit material claims, citations, disclosures, and the requested format. For unsafe high-stakes material, return the Skill's HOLD outcome and qualified-review requirement instead of persisting or publishing it.
